This meditation is offered by virtual call or in person at my location. I gently guide you through a beautiful meditation that will leave you feeling calm and relaxed. The meditation session will incorporate the beautiful sounds of my many healing instruments. These soothing sounds help you to feel very relaxed, and ready to return to reality feeling more restored.
